The Mistress of Spices

Ah, success atlast. Took this picture while on my walk in Chandni Chowk. She was sitting outside the huge State Bank of India(SBI) building. She was quite happy to oblige me with a pose :-)

Mehak: i read the book years ago...its very surreal and leaves with you with a warm feeling at the end.
I dont think i want to watch the movie either (not a big Ash fan)

Oh do check out the lady's dread locks...they could give any hair dresser a run for their money :)
Though these locks arent that popular in India. Wonder why? climate?

My friend has those. She loves them cos her 'he' also has them.Hahahaha...I agree! fashionable ol' lady!

Interestingly, she picked it up while studying Permaculture in India.
